Mr. Evans founded Evans Roofing Company, Inc.
in 1982. Mr. Evans is a native of California and earned a Bachelor of Science
degree in Business Administration at California State University, Long
Beach. As Founder of the company, Mr. Evans maintains high visibility in
the field, making him well known throughout the property and construction
industry. He frequently promotes education seminars to maintain smoother,
inter-industry communication and cooperation. Through his tutelage, Evans
Roofing Company, Inc. has steadily grown to become both well known and
respected within the industry. Mr. Evans as an active member of his community,
has a special interest in being involved with many charities and public
service organizations including the Xerox Community Involvement Program
supporting an orphanage in Ensenada, Mexico.
As Vice President of Operations,
Mr. Lohrman enhances the strength of the company with over thirty years
of experience in the roofing industry and has been part of our team since
1994. After more than eight years of hands-on experience in the installation
of roofing, he owned and managed his own successful roofing company for
another eight years. He also held the position of General Manager of
another successful roofing company for seven years. Mr. Lohrman's experience
also includes four years as senior consultant in a highly respected roofing
consultant firm. Mr. Lohrman served on the Board of Directors of the
Roofing Contractors Association of Southern California for six years
and is known throughout Southern California for his dedication to the
industry. Mr. Lohrman holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California
Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo.
Carl has an extensive experience
in roofing and has worked for Evans Roofing Company, Inc. since 1988.
He is responsible for estimating and bidding repair jobs and ensuring
they are completed to the scope of work. He is also in charge of the
crews during periods of rain and minimizing response time emergency situations.
Shawn has been a valuable part of the production
and sales team since 1992 and has functioned as both the Superintendent
and Safety Manager since 1996. He is responsible for setting up and maintaining
all projects including pre-job and final meetings, working with roofing
consultants, and city inspectors. He has excellent communication skills
when interfacing with property managers, owners, and consulting companies.
Shawn is also responsible for hiring, training, and managing a large
staff that is equipped to respond within 24 hours for emergencies. Shawn
also
maintains the vehicles and coordinates BIT inspections. Shawn is always
on time, ready with a backup plan, and strives to please the customer.
He is a natural-born leader and loves the challenge of making your roofing
experience a pleasant one. In his spare time, he coaches his daughter’s
soccer team, spends time in home improvement, and rides motorcycles.
