Leak Response Program

Have you ever been in a situation where you’ve experienced a roof leak, but were not able to get a Roofing Contactor to respond? This is a common occurrence that happens every time it rains. Fortunately this doesn’t happen when you’re a customer of Evans Roofing Company. We put a lot of effort into getting to know our customers. When you have a problem, we understand what you are going through. We do everything we can to help. That’s why we‘ve developed our Leak Response Program.

Every time a rain storm arrives, we receive numerous calls from people experiencing leak problems. When this occurs, we empathize with people that we don’t know, but we put our regular clients at the top of the list. If you’re a client of Evans Roofing Company, you receive priority service.

To help make things go smoothly during a rainstorm, we’ve developed a Leak Response Program that actually works. If you have a leak, you simply fill out our simple Leak Repair Request Form and Fax or E-mail it to us. It immediately goes to our Leak Repair Dispatcher. The information is then relayed to our service people who are currently working in your area. Our leak service charges are based upon a set hourly fee (plus minor material fees). So, you don’t have to wait for an estimator to visit you. We simply charge you for how long it takes (plus materials). If you’re concerned about the cost, you can request that we spend no longer than a certain amount of time. We will abide by your request.
